Inc. (ECH) is a privately held company which was created for the purpose
of developing and implementing innovative technologies for the management
of various waste streams. With its primary focus on recycling,
ECH’s subsidiaries develop, design, build, and operate innovative waste
management facilities. ECH's primary business growth objective is to
become a public company either through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) or
through a merger with an existing public company. ECH is currently working to
add additional technologies and facilities in order to achieve this goal.
This expansion is being pursued both through acquisitions of existing
operational entities and through the development of new projects within
existing core businesses.
